A lot of my clients work in industries that are not known for innovation: government, higher education, healthcare, non-profits. Innovation is something that big corporations with deep pockets (or college dropouts with lots of time living in their parent’s garage) do, right? This couldn’t be further from the truth; in fact, people in these staid yet complex industries are the ones innovating to solve the big, world-changing problems.

However, I have found it is harder to innovate in the industries full of regulation and formal boundaries (aka silos). These innovators have to be resilient because they are told, “to stay in their swim lane” or “that’s not how we do things here” at every turn. That’s why we have to stick together, help each other out. Society needs you to go bust those barriers, but you don’t have to go it alone.

On Tuesday, December 17th at 12 pm PST / 3 pm EST, we’ll be talking about using the power of curiosity to help break through silos and build resilience in you and your team. This free webinar will provide actionable tips and effective strategies for developing yourself and your team to ROCK innovation in 2020.

If that time doesn’t work for you, be sure to still sign up and we will send you a link to the recording. And we will send you an assessment tool to help you discover the places in your organization that may be keeping your good ideas from becoming great solutions.

Now is your time to make change happen. What are you waiting for? Sign up today!
